


The Plate Closed Filtration System is a fully enclosed pressure filtration unit designed for solid–liquid separation in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum and food industries.
The system operates under pressure using internal filter plates with replaceable filtration media, enabling high-clarity filtration and efficient cake discharge within a sealed vessel.

This filtration system features a fully closed filtration process, ensuring high efficiency and environmental safety.
Widely used in chemical, petroleum, food, and manufacturing industries for filtration applications.
Slurry is pumped into the closed pressure vessel. Under pressure, liquid passes through filter cloth media mounted on internal plates, while solids are retained on the surface forming a filter cake.
1、Optional cake washing can be performed.
2、Compressed air may be introduced for cake drying.
3、The vessel is opened and solids are discharged manually or automatically.
The system is then ready for the next batch cycle.
